AERIS THE LABEL — RETURN POLICY
At Aeris The Label, we want you to love every piece you own. Each garment is thoughtfully designed
and carefully checked before it’s sent out. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must
be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, with all tags attached and free from marks. Refunds
are not offered for change of mind. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on bodysuits, swimwear, sale items, or
accessories.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, email contact@aeristhelabel.com.au within 7 days with your
order number, photos, and a description. If approved, we’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in
line with Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return
Email contact@aeristhelabel.com.au for approval and instructions. After approval, send your item
within 5 business days. Store credit is issued within 3–5 business days of receiving the return.
International Returns
Customers outside Australia are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are
non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for faulty items, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. All other returns
are processed as store credit.
Important Notes
Aeris The Label may decline returns that don’t meet the stated conditions. We aim to ensure every
experience feels seamless and fair.
